Administration Assistant – University of the Arts London

In this role you will work flexibly as an Administrator Assistant within Centre for Sustainable Fashion (CSF), a University of the Arts London (UAL) Research Centre, based at London College of Fashion. You will provide strategic support to CSF’s Director and work closely with the Centre team members on projects and activities relating to the Centre’s aims. You will provide informed academic support for current and developing CSF projects and to contribute to the delivery of the Centre’s strategic plan.

Your profile With a first degree in an arts based subject, you will also have experience in email and diary management, preparation of documents, proof reading and disseminating research information. You will be a confident communicator, able to understand and explain technical terms commonly used in fashion design and sustainability areas of work. Strong IT skills and experience of using blogs, websites and layout tools are also very important elements in the role.
