Help Required
As a volunteer, you will teach filmmaking, media literacy and technology skills to underserved students in your chosen location. Students create short film and multimedia projects throughout the year. Volunteer applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a native or native-level English speaker.
- Have a bachelor’s degree.
- Be between the ages of 24 and 54.
- Have a documented interest in working with underserved populations.
- Have at least 2 years of film-related and/or teaching experience.
- Be highly flexible, mature and have a genuine interest in teaching
Hours & Roster
Successful applicants will teach 16-20 hours a week. Classes comprise of 10-15 students varying in ages from 12 – 18 years old.
