The Working Holiday Club Terms & Conditions

We understand that it’s a very difficult time for travellers with international travel bans and restrictions currently in place and COVID-19 continuing to disrupt travel in so many overseas destinations, however, we all know that international travel will return to a new version of normal soon.

While waiting for this to happen, take advantage of our huge program discounts and book with the ultimate peace of mind, knowing that your trip is covered by our flexible coronavirus booking policy.

Our booking policy lets you;

  • Cancel your program up to 30 days before your booked start date and pay no cancellation charges*
  • If you do decide to cancel your program, we’ll place 100% of your working holiday program fees on hold indefinitely for you to use as a credit with us on any of our working holiday programs at a future date – just let us know when and where you’d like to travel!

If we must postpone the start of your program (solely because of issues arising from COVID-19 restrictions) and you’re unable to change your dates (or destination) you’ll get a credit, equal to the full amount of the Working Holiday Program you’ve paid for. Your credit can go towards any of our Working Holiday Programs and you can use it any time within the next 5 years*.

* Flights and additional program add-ons (like travel insurance and our visa services) are subject to the suppliers’ own terms and conditions.

If you cancel your trip with less than 30 days of your program’s start date, you will forfeit your Working Holiday Club program fees and your space on the program.

From our side, we’ll do everything we can to the best of our ability to make sure your trip goes ahead as planned but because of the unprecedented effects of COVID-19, our normal services may be affected and we cannot guarantee specific travel or program start dates at this time.

You accept that there are many factors outside of our control that we cannot be held liable for. These factors include (but are not limited to): visa application delays, border restrictions and closures, flight cancellations and enforced quarantine periods to name a few.

COVID-19 will continue to create new obstacles and challenges. Travellers who do well on our programs understand this and are flexible and open-minded. We accept your booking under the condition that you agree to complete flexibility. You understand and accept that there is a possibility of changes to your program’s start date and the possibility of changes with other program components if required.

With so many travel and border restrictions in place and restrictions changing (often with short notice!), it’s more important now than ever to have experienced travel coordinators working with you to help facilitate your working holiday plans.

The greatest adventure of your life might be on hold for now, but it’s never cancelled. With The Working Holiday Club, you can make sure you’re 100% ready when it’s go time!!
