You would be a HR Assistant in one of our Hotel Partners chains. We are searching for someone who is open to learning a new role and who loves what they do. Personality is a key requirement. Happy to be at work but hard working and able to have some fun. We are seeking applicants who are customer-focused to join our friendly HR Administration team.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
We are seeking applicants who are customer-focused to join our friendly HR Administration team.
You will provide support to the business by creating employment contracts, assisting in the establishment of new employees and administering employee changes in our ERP system. Planning and organisation are your strengths and underpin your ability to thrive in an environment of tight and conflicting deadlines.
You are computer savvy and confident with the full suite of Microsoft Office applications. Attention to detail is essential, as is previous experience working in a high-volume environment.
Comfortable and confident in communicating at all levels, you have excellent verbal and written communication.
Experience in Oracle would be highly regarded, as would previous experience in a similar role in a large corporate environment with a range of contractual arrangements.

Start Dates: All year round
Salary: Starting from £8 per hour (including holiday pay) up to £25 per hour
Accommodation: Off-site accommodation starting from £85 per week all bills included
Uniforms: All Hotel staff will receive discounted rates for work clothes
Shifts: Monday – Sunday
Length: 6 -10 hours per shift
