We will provide all of the training you need, so previous experience isn’t necessary for you to start your journey.

If you join us in this role, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge, skills and experience while working towards nationally recognised qualifications, all paid for or you. You will be able to return to your home country and join five-star resorts, beginning your career in Hotels & Tourism, if that’s your plan.

Previous housekeeping experience will help your application, but is not vital. If you are new to the industry and have limited experience within the sector, you will automatically be enrolled onto our award winning Apprenticeship Foundation Program, free of charge (similar courses cost as much as $5000 in Australia and New Zealand).

This includes a Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Operational Support. This is delivered and assessed in the workplace and is supported by a comprehensive centre induction, regular observations, feedback and performance reviews. After this, you may wish to continue your studies by moving onto an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Hospitality!

Preparing guest rooms for their arrival and ensuring laundry is clean and adequately stocked goes a long way to keeping our guests are happy. While our guests are out on adventures, our housekeeping assistants spark into action, delivering a first-class service to preserve the high standards of presentation and appearance of the centre.

Key Responsibilities:

On a daily basis housekeeping assistants will work as part of a large team to prepare and ensure all accommodation and communal areas are kept clean and tidy for our guests. At some of our smaller centres, this role may also require you to serve guests in the centre shop and conduct stock takes.


Program Details

Start Dates: February – September

Compensation: Apprentice – £101.15 per week

Non-apprentice (under 21) – £145.15 per week

Non-apprentice (21+) – £203.95 per week

Meals: When you join The Working Holiday Club™ Adventure Resort Program you will receive free food in addition to your wages.

Accommodation: When you join The Working Holiday Club™ Adventure Resort Program you will receive free accommodation in addition to your wages.

Uniforms: Staff uniform is provided free of charge with no deposit required.
